How Good is Your Strategic and Tactical Peripheral Vision?

CI-Strategy provides strategic and tactical consulting services that focus on the global pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets as well as the U.S. Health Care market.

The U.S. health care market is undergoing unprecedented change. At 18% of U.S. GDP and rising, it has to alter course. Cost pressures, radical new drug and digital technologies, plus political and economic forces are driving change in virtually every sector. In addition, the U.S. economy accounts for nearly a quarter of global GDP and is too large to be immune from global forces.

In today’s market, the pressure for change is coming from all directions. As a result, it is essential that drug manufacturers and healthcare companies have 20/20 peripheral vision. They need to understand that radical new strategic and tactical opportunities and threats are on the horizon and will come from unexpected quarters.

CI-Strategy was founded on the principle of helping clients maintain a broad strategic view of the market while also focusing on today’s tactical competitive issues.  In today’s rapidly changing market, it is essential that healthcare companies maintain this dual persepctive to ensure they are not blindsided.
